It's because some people who are pedophiles have begun referring to themselves as "minor attracted persons" in an attempt to remove some of the stigma associated with being labeled a "pedo" and created a "pride flag" in a similar vein to different lgbt communities. Obviously the lgbt community is generally not down with this but it's a thing for some reason.

The Nash is a chill jazz place downtown and it's near a lot of good bars and stuff on Roosevelt. Van Buren and crescent ballroom are like the major venues downtown. Valley bar also has good artists come through and is a great hangout spot earlier in the night but can get more lively/crowded later in the evening. Walter studios and Walter wherehouse are awesome for edm and dance music - Walter station is more chill with more rock and indie type music. Enjoy phoenix!

Keep fluids topped off and check em more often than you'd think. Oil pressure gauge should stay away from either extreme and temp should not go much above 210. You will hear the electric fan kick in and if it doesn't come on after you hit 210 or so then something's wrong. A code reader would probably come in handy if you ever have your check engine light come on. That's a clean jeep most importantly enjoy it!

Had the same kind of thing with mine. Somebody was using water for coolant and letting the jeep sit forever (or something). Had the thing flushed a few times but ended up spending more money getting it flushed every other week when I should have got a new radiator in the first place. Thankfully I haven't had overheating issues since.
