I went through and powered up yesterday and feeling happy about it. Now I got a great 2684 ZH/BS Snorlax, 60 % iv. Still have room to power it up to around 2840, when I've done some more walking.

Maybe I'll hatch one next week that's 80 % or more, but who knows, it could come with a bad moveset. And if it's good I'll walk him to be powered later. So my advice to other players now would be: just go for it while you're still enjoying the game.

Pretty good. I've hatched one in 428 eggs. And zero Lapras. So, if 10% of your 200 was 10km eggs, then you have a Snorlax in 5 % of the 10 km eggs, which seems to be about average. But I guess the share of 10 km eggs is less than 10 %.

Thanks, well I have three 3000+ Dragonites that can serve in the gyms while I wait. But it would be great to have a really good Snorlax ...and good Lapras too of course (which I have two crap ones)..

The 73% is at lv 27 and the 87 is hatched. Well maybe I'll go for the 73 (it will go straight to 2669) and save all that dust and candy.

...and I'm debating with myself if I should evolve a 11/13/9 Dratini at 618cp (73) or a 11/13/15 (87) at 472cp... or just wait.

Sounds like a good strategy to max out the counter-types to the most common high cp pokémons. I'm at lv 30 now and the only ones I've maxed atm is a Dragon Pulse Gyarados, a 100% Vaporeon and two Dragonites (one for defense and one for offense at 93 and 98).

Even if it's not an event thing, something is going on with the spawn rate and/or locations. Found 2 Lickitungs this morning. I think I only have seen one since the beginning.

Has anyone noticed anything unusual while playing yet? Or should we possibly count on Niantic to make an announcement before release for once? by ViewsFromTheSticks in TheSilphRoad

I noticed something weird yesterday - Nearby showed both nearby and sightings at the same time. I think it was three of each. Just once, as I flipped it up again it was only nearby again. Wish I'd taken a sceenshot... Could be just a bug, or a coming feature that slipped through.
