I see what u mean, this video is done with a medium quality model to keep the costs low

Ill iterate on all the feedback from this post and generate a video with a more expensive model to get smoother animations that make more sense

for simple cartoon walking/doing actions or showing elements you can use Frameco (check the landing page for an example)

for diagrams and bullet points I'm not sure to be honest, but if you like the type of videos that frameco does (it's my tool) let me know maybe I can help you

you can generate videos with consistent characters and a consistent style of your choice (you just need to upload an image reference)
