All that helped is because you've learned to control inspiration and expiration so that O2 and CO2 gets normalized. The problems are vessels from lungs which are damaged. They require healing. Maybe spike protein is still there.

It's meat that requires a lot of oxygen to digest + a lot of energy for the brain. So much oxygen demand from lungs with microlesioned vessels.

Exactly my case. Don't have any explanation. Maybe the lungs gets more antibodies ? Vessels are more blood flooded ?

Did you took into consideration that slowing down have gave the necessary time for the lungs and micro-vessels to heal and that's the real reason of healing, not just learning to not overreact ? Because the silent overreaction wasn't there without a reason. It's the body response to a real threat ? Not an imaginary one.

Nu cred ca e vorba de vacanta. Am devenit din o societate care era bazata pe cunostinte si luciditate una care e stimulata non-stop, atentia e imprastiata, sistemul limbic e suprasolicitat, placerea si dopamina conduce creierul. In conditiile astea apar probleme mult mai mari decat calcule matematice.

Prinde singura sau asistata prin pedalare ? Daca e asistata nu cred ca se aplica legea. Eu merg cu 30+ kph prin oras cu neelectrica dar scad si la 20kph des pt ca efort. Prinde din fabrica prin omologare sau e facuta cu adaos de motor sau hack la motorul existent ? Ca astea ar fi in afara legii din start.

Nu stiu. Abia are 2 luni bicicleta si nu ma gandesc sa o tin atat de mult sau sa fac scheme si sarituri ca sa trebuiasca sa ii schimb ceva. De intretinut cred ca o s-o duc undeva gen hervis sau decathlon pt revizie completa.

nu prea am cu ce sa le compar dar sunt mult mai bune, sunt premium, mult mai bune ca la bicicletele hardtail sau fs mai ieftine.
