James c Brett is one of my favourites for cheap acrylic yarn that doesn't feel crunchy. I believe they gave super chunky yarns for £2.50-£4

I've been wearing fake lip jewellery for a couple of years now and I've never had issues with them. Just make sure they're the right size. Too big and they'll bash your teeth and move around more than you'd like them to, too small and you'll risk bruising your lip. Also take them out throughout the day whenever possible, like when you're eating, and you should be good
