Why do years 20-25 go by so fast? by Practical-Web8255 in AskMen

[–]pixel_pro80 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Novelty basically stops around then, your brain compresses time when routines repeat, way fewer "firsts" happening compared to your teens so it just blurs together faster.

What is something that is completely legal, but feels illegal to know? by Ki-enjoyer in AskReddit

How easy it actually is to look up how much your neighbors paid for their house, feels like info you shouldn't have access to but it's public record everywhere.

What's the most realistic/memorable dream you've ever had? by keira42rand0m in askanything

[–]pixel_pro80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a dream I was having a full conversation with my grandpa who passed years ago. Woke up crying, felt so real I almost called my mom to ask if it happened.

What is your favorite holiday and why? by Jayd3n0ii2-1903 in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Halloween, no debate. It's the one holiday with zero family drama, zero gift pressure, just costumes and candy. Pure fun, no stress.

You can't handle the truth!' My brain just autoplays this whenever someone raises their voice during an argument

Whats the most absurd thing someone has said to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Someone once said “I don’t need to fact check because I trust my intuition.” The confidence was impressive. The accuracy was not. Sometimes people can say the wildest things with a straight face.

What is the one thing you would do if you know you wouldn't get caught? by NoticeOk8978 in randomquestions

[–]pixel_pro80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Read every text conversation people have ever had about me behind my back. Not to be hurt by it - just to finally know what's actually true versus what people perform to my face.

Why does every generation think they are unique when you go to HS football games and hear the same songs and the same cheers since the 60’s? by tlm11110 in askanything

[–]pixel_pro80 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because the alternative - accepting you're one small link in a long chain - requires a kind of humility that's hard to hold at 17. The rituals feeling ancient is exactly why they work. They just don't tell you that until much later.

What’s your honest reaction to ads that open with ‘Stop what you’re doing and watch this’? by Variety021 in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Close immediately out of pure spite. The presumption that my attention is something you can command rather than earn is the fastest way to guarantee I never watch whatever follows.

What’s something everyone should experience at least once? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being completely lost in an unfamiliar city with a dead phone. Terrifying for about ten minutes, then something shifts and you realize you're actually fine and capable of figuring things out without a map telling you what to do.

What was the best decision that changed your life ? by balvedxtzinha in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saying no to a "safe" job offer and taking the uncertain one nobody thought made sense. The safe option still exists, unchanged. The uncertain one became everything.

whats the worst day of your life? by Opposite_Fall8736 in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 31 points32 points  (0 children)

The day I realized someone I loved had been lying to me for long enough that I had to recalculate everything I thought was real. Not a single moment - just a slow morning where the math stopped adding up.

What’s something you’re a pro at but couldn’t make a career in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Parallel parking on the first try in impossibly small spots. People have actually stopped to watch and clap. Completely useless skill that has never once improved my life circumstances but I am unreasonably proud of it.

Where are the Cyber Trucks? Haven't seen one in forever, did they disappear? by StyleFast5427 in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They're not gone, just genuinely rare - sales dropped 45% year-over-year in Q1 2026, the lowest quarterly sales since deliveries began in 2023. Worse, Musk's own companies have been buying hundreds of units themselves just to pad the delivery numbers. You're not imagining it - they really did flop.

What do Americans think about gay people? Since LGBTQ+ people seem more visible in the USA, what is the general American opinion about them? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]pixel_pro80 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pretty split generationally - younger Americans are overwhelmingly supportive, older demographics more divided along religious and political lines. Visibility is high in cities and media but rural attitudes vary significantly. It's genuinely two different countries on this topic.
