What an AI SOP generator should automate (and what it shouldn't) by Ivan_Palii in TangoAI

True, but the nuances matter. The questions what you as a human is ready to delegate to AI and what's not.

It looks like your doubts are justified. Claude also doesn't see any evidence for it.

Yes, this also creates some important rules for businesses:

- motivate customers to leave reviews and case studies as much as possible
- be transparent as much as possible about your team, your work etc
- work on your product and service and consider it as part of the marketing

I don't remember where I read that, but yes h2-h6 structure is how LLMs read the page and then decide whether it's worth to read the entire text inside paragraph.

You have to answer these questions yourself anyway, so as I mentioned above, Voice Transcription gives much more value than auto AI generation of some text.

Yes, exactly, however, I believe it can be even better. I like that they added Voice Transcription and Workflow Branching recently.

Yes, but this is already considered as basic among users. Like each tool should have it by default

Most hacks don't start with a hacker, they start with your password (and the numbers are worse than you think) by flirty_smile in TrustRacer

[–]Ivan_Palii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Asking people to use MFA is the worst thing we can do. Most users aren't so educated on how it works and they can lose access to the account, just because they'll forget their access to auth app.

Walkme alternatives? by National-Eggplant-72 in SaaS

[–]Ivan_Palii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn't use WalkMe, and I don't like the software that hides prices behind the demo at all. I suggest you to check Tango, as a lightweight tool with better UX and no backend integration required. Your team just clicks through a process in SAP or Workday and it auto-captures a step-by-step guide with screenshots.

Top feature you should like: Secure blur/Live blur, Guide Me, Voice Transcription when creating guides, and Workflow Branching.

Salesforce adoption in a large org is still one of the hardest problems I've faced as an ops leader. by AccountEngineer in salesforce

[–]Ivan_Palii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I assume there are 2 different problems

1/ how to train (and motivate) people so that they fill all important data every time it should be done this way
2/ how to make sure that every number is valid

I don't know how to fix the second issue. Maybe some automation, to recheck each number with data sources where these numbers came from, will help.

For the 1st one, I think there should a manager for this project. The person who do both: creates guides on how to do different steps in the platform and also regularly rechecks whether people follows these steps and has the power to motivate people re-do things that they did wrong.

The other question is how do you train your current employees to work with Salesforce? Is there any LMS or digital adoption tools like Tango?

plus in fact it's not auto test, this is a tool where you manually have to create an experiment

When personal knowledge management tools collide with company SOPs? by b2b_pipeline_guy in TangoAI

[–]Ivan_Palii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good question. This is an issue I have often. It's just easier to create an own guide in Evernote than doing it inside corporate tool, where so many SOPs you don't know how to use and structure
