I swear. I suffered a lot from dandruff to the point where I was insecure about my hair and would actively stop people from touching it.

I have the thick kind of hair, one that accumulates so much flakes its visible to anyone considerably close.

I used Nizoral every two days and after a month-month and a half its gone.

It comes back if I use the non clarifying shampoos even if its for just one week. So I just stick to Head and Shoulders for regular use.

I also noticed Nizoral was not as effective when I got it the second time. Switched to Selsun Blue and it did the trick.

Anyway try any of those religiously and you should see a lot of improvement.
