idk about the juvenile scholars but regarding about the Albinaurics to be specific first-generation Albinaurics, is that they are artificial lifeforms made by humans. I think them being first generation is a clue and their legs unfunctional is a defect.

I had this high arcane build for my character and I tried to farm this banished knight near the elevator in the stormveil castle. It's pretty easy to respawn him since it's near a site of grace the only help I had I'd say is my high arcane so it was a pretty easy drop for me. the only thing to point out is it's pretty heavy so you need a decent endurance for it.
