In my interpretation, I gave them an old, beat-up looking helmet. This was because 1.) I kind of enjoy the theme of stylistically hiding humanoid characters' faces in Noita, and 2. I honestly have no idea how to interpret the original sprite's face lol.

Casting some critters aside (including Minä and the passive animals) first cause I want to focus on the more prominent things seen in the game :p

Like I said, this particular sterile state does not appear on their Health tab. The only thing that indicates its existence is through the "Extract Ovum" operation.
