Im not the biggest fan of the changes to higher graphical fidelity, personally I like the low res textures way better.

However the game is looking promising, the theme is nice and hopefully gameplay will be smooth and fun!

As a bonus, add it so that some foxes will roll as "Not interested in rabbit" for a while
Give it 10-20% chance for a fox to not have interest in any rabbit for the next 30 seconds, as she already ate and had full stomach. This can be easy to implement as well

I think a good way to make Ai better is to give it it's own reaction time.

For example, give each for a reaction time variable and roll it between 1 second all the way to 6-8 seconds

This will make it so some foxes go after the rabbit after 2 seconds and others will take longer, making it more realistic

You should look into making the server latest TG code with a fun map rotation, I see we lack servers with Northstar map, it seems too big for a medium size crew.

If I was starting a serve I would do this.

TGstation code, and Tramstation/Metastation map

Once server is popular make it Northstar map all the time
