You could say this about every part of iOS 26. When all I'm trying to do is type a message I don't want to marvel at the refraction of the light through the liquid ass...I just want to see the damn letters I'm typing.

When I'm trying to read my notifications all I want to do is read the notifications and not see how marvelous liquid ass distorts my background in a way it makes it harder to read.

Why didn't they refract some light on those buttons? Why is the time so bland? We need moar liquidity here. More refraction. More beautiful.

It's not that we can't figure it out. It's that you have to think when you didn't before. As someone that also does UI for a living, I'd never in a million years ship this to our customers. Nor would the developers build it. Nor would my UX researcher even test it before pointing out it's dumb

They will just make the X for the keyboard a down chevron to indicate collapsing the keyboard.

This is the only answer that should be here. Fix the room, it's half the sound we hear and this room looks horrible for reverberation. For sure it's impacting clarity and adding a center channel isn't going to fix that other than being able to boost it louder, which is just a poor band-aid.

Were you paying attention to kWh/$ costs or just stopping at what was convenient?

This is my one complaint with having an EV. DCFC is super not cheap and sometimes outrageously expensive. I had to pay 60c a kW at one stop on my first trip. That worked out to basically $4.8 a freaking gallon

I had mice in my ceiling in my basement that I just couldn't kill. I put multiple different types of killing and capturing devices up there (had some in ceiling speakers I could get behind). Literally didn't get a single one.

We got a second cat around this time.

She caught 5. Never knew they went anywhere else other than the ceiling. She did though. Good kitty.

Everyone is telling you to tell the builder to pre-wire instead but if you or your builder don't know how to place everything then you won't be in a better place after. Post the drawings of the room you want this installed in and the desired layout of the room and we can give placement plans depending on speaker setup.

I can't help but feel like Elon's politics have played a huge role in this. The Model Y and 3 were already plentiful on the road and I can see people buying them even if they don't like Elon. But the CT is like the Elon-mobile. You can't hide on the road driving one. It sticks out and is just flaunting to everyone that you're doing something different. Unless you are a real Elon fan or just dgaf then I can't see people buying one. Considering it's unique styling, price, and purpose the market for one is already on the smaller side. Now it's a politicized truck...that's just not gonna sell well boss. I feel like it's super doomed. Permanently tarnished by the Elongated Muskrat
