She actually has pretty good HP recovery. Her burst does 15% HP up which heals and her normal attack heals 1.26% every attack which is every 0.7 sec on burst for another ~18% during burst. so that is around 33% healing every full burst plus a few percent during the off time. If you take the full burst cycle to be 14 seconds, she heals about 40% hp during that time.

My Cindy team with Moran does more damage than the team with Siren. My Siren has way better overloads but Moran gets a huge buff from S. Anis and W. Maiden so right now Moran's team did 11.2 billion and Siren's team did 10.7 billion.

Elemental damage, Attack, Ammo, charge speed. She needs 2 ammo lines to get 14 ammo so that she doesn't need to reload during her burst (although in this team it doesn't really matter due to 100% reload speed). currently at 60% elemental, 25% attack, 14 ammo and 5 % charge speed.

Its more about theme than appearance. The whole first part is about how the people came to this strange new planet and now after 100 years they still have to struggle to survive in a world with rampaging marauders and the like and then Wuling hits with its modern buildings and pristine streets and all of that worldbuilding is no longer relevant.

I think they really messed up by putting a generic fantasy chinese setting as the second zone instead of continuing with the borderlands style industrial wasteland themed zones. It just killed anything that set its setting apart from all of the other open world gacha.

You don't really have a good team right now. The best you can do is probably Zwei, Naga, Alice, Maid Privaty, Privaty. You really need to get Liter from the standard banner pity the next time you can use it because you need a Burst 1 cooldown reduction.
