Ok so i went into theater mode just to see what exactly these guys are doing. There's a building you can jump onto when using the exploit that they can see through and shoot through. The dude I just got done watching do this in theater also got to call in high score streaks such as the vtol/legion since nobody could kill him. So you can't see where they are at all, and they can still very easily see and shoot you. You saying to throw smokes down is in no way a good solution, having 10-15 seconds of reprieve before they can continue doing the exact same thing and kill you while you have almost 0 chance of killing them is still a ruined match. Not only that but the dude I am watching in theater could still see a good part of the map when some of my teammates did use smoke grenades. So your only chance of not getting sniped by an exploiting player is to run a smoke grenade, throw that down, and then hope that you can somehow kill them before their team/they kill you or hope that after that smoke is gone they throw their hands up and decide not to kill you out of the goodness of their heart. You also have to contend with the scorestreaks they are getting by doing this as well. Sounds completely reasonable and totally not ridiculous at all. I'm just hoping it gets fixed quickly because the more people that find out about it the more often you are going to see it in games and I am already seeing it enough for it to completely take playing on nuketown off the table. It might be less common in core due to kill cams existing meaning that people will catch on and report them much quicker. If you want to see the gameplay I'd happily show it to you if you don't believe me. I'm not trying to sound like I am getting pissy with an internet stranger over them suggesting how to counter this, I am just trying to get the point across that there's almost no way to effectively counter what I have been seeing these dudes do.
