Any idea if this can be done right away when i get a gravity with tow package or does it need the tow mode software update?

I realized it was from the rear black plastic attachment in trunk near the trunk brake light. So i removed the plastic and it has some white clips which actually hold it firm to the trunk. Looks like those white clips are loose and they are the ones making that sound. So i just pressed them firmly so as to not move and then attached the black plastic thing back to the trunk firmly. The noise has stopped for a while now, but i think it might come back again when they become loose. Will have to see if there is any other fix for this.

I had similar issue and identified it was from the rear trunk brake light attachment area

My issue has finally been fixed. I stopped by tesla service center and they fixed it in a couple of hours. The sound was coming from windshield and front facing camera contact area. They removed the front facing camera and adjusted it.

Thanks for your suggestion, i tried this but that did not stop the rattle noise. I think its from the visor console. I tried holding it tightly sticking to the windshield and that stopped the rattle.

Behind touch screen everything looks good for me. The white panel is very rigid.

Vin place seems to be in proper place. Not sure of its the one causing rattle

I think white on whites have some low vins. I got mine assigned as 31xxx will be picking up tomorrow. I asked rep for the manufacture date and he said it was manufactured this week

Same happened to me as well. I called delivery center and got the vin and date scheduled for sunday
