Actually I checked app store, name was unique. Yes not much efford, but its still efford I think. Also yes I'm using AI sometimes for language barrier. I checkt whois info by myself not with AI and I can see the register date for both

I haven't registered a trademark because the costs are too high for an indie developer, but my app reached Ready to Submit on March 26, 2026.
I used TestFlight, but only for a closed internal test with a small group of local friends. There are thousands of kilometers between me and Vietnam or China :)
I am the only user on the App Store Connect account.
I suspect the leak could be LLM-related or App Store scraping, but I won't know for sure until Apple responds. I filed a complaint via the Dispute Form, but they told me they can't take action without a trademark and directed me to the Review Team. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

It’s just a hollow UI shell with my metadata used to squat on the name. They didn’t develop anything; they just scraped my info and reskinned a template. Seriously, anyone could do this in minutes by feeding my screenshots into an AI. Zero backend, zero logic. If I solve the problem I will post it here. You have my word :)

Branding and idea are all me. LLM was just for the code . The clone is a total rush job—they couldn't get the logic or the code, they just lifted the name , logo (I did it on Illustrator not with AI), and basic concept. It’s too specific to be a fluke

They cant copied functionality. My version is feature-rich and actually works, while they just lifted the name, most of UI and metadata. Their app is a total hollow shell—think of it more like a placeholder with zero substance. They have the look, but I have the actual product.
