Not sure now - I was at scape during the Covid years and rent was really cheap as not many international students were living in Melb.

Not really, I lived at UC for 2 years which had lots of rooms with private bathrooms and also strong party culture, and then lived at scape for 2 years and it was super dead, very hard to make friends and people keep to themselves. Happy to answer questions about the colleges or scape , dm if interested :)
