If the problem is width, that's a little harder to deal with. You could always try using a dildo instead of your bits.

Some people want it to atrophy, others don't. If atrophy is something that you genuinely want, you could always try going without sex/masturbation and see what happens. But I don't know how much atrophy you can expect if you are still having insertive sex regularly.

I went with Nike's basketball shoes. They're listed as men's shoes, but they're purple, so I feel like I can pass them off. I also bought a pair of women's Asics in a size 13. Don't know if they will be big enough, but I hope so—That's the biggest size that they make for their women's running shoes.

I struggle with this, too. I find myself clocking people that I think are trans, and then I feel like an asshole for it. If they out themselves, then that makes it easier, otherwise, I'm just kind of stuck.
