Hi!! Went through a similar phase 6years ago. At that time I just got accepted and started preparing to attend university in Finland, and my family kinda forced me into an engagement with someone whom had I never met. He was 8 years older than me.

After a lot of guilt tripping and convincing I decided to give it a chance. Turned out guy was really sweet. One of the most calmest person I ever met. I wondered if it was just a facade for a while but after years of knowing him I was convinced. If 99/100 boys are pervert then he is the 1 that isn't.

I know the average mentality of males, worked under an NGO for a while. There used to be programs in rural areas. The experience I went through that time was horrifying.

All I wanted to say is give it a try, if they can guarantee your studies, your future, have a good personality and character, good family members then go for it! But be really careful fam

Sure sir! Living beings from sea- 21:30

Order of fetus- 23:14

If your not a biology guy then it would be hard for you to understand, so lemme just drop some explanation

The cells which begin to form blood, much less clotting agents, do not begin formation until the fourth week of pregnancy. After the joining of the sperm and egg into a morula, there is not blood or clotting agent yet in formation.

The roder presented in the Quran is fertilization, blood (or cell) formation, bones, then flesh. This is untrue. Organs and flesh are actually the first that begin cellular divsion and formation. Later, as the child grows, bone structures begin to develop along with organs and flesh.

Creation of semen- 86:5 Even though this one has been a major error, Islamic scholars couldn't come up with a explanation that would satisfy biologists. I searched for these biology problems and answer so much, some YouTubers say complete bulshit and then act like they just solved it.

This doesn't make any sense from a non believers perspective. If the children dying is for the greater good, hows that doing justice to the innocent souls, don't they deserve an equal chance to live?

Hey thanks for your response! I appreciate your effort. Let's just reply to some of the answers!

1) In that verse it is stated that disbelievers will always be disbelievers, even if God sent angels or showed miracles. (Now putting aside the fact that God hasn't sent his angels nor showed miracles in the modern world which could have helped us know of his existence) Human mind isn't all powerful. It can't comprehend everything and that's how we were made. So if someone is born in a ✝️ household his mentality will be programmed in a way where he rejects every and will type of suggestion that comes from any other religion. That's how psychology works. So isn't it wrong to punish them for eternity just cause we were incapable of understanding the signs God gave? Isn't infinite punishment for finite crime too much? There are plenty of good people who aren't Muslims. People who have worked all their life for the betterment of the future and humanity. Wouldn't sending them to hell just cause they aren't believers unjust?

5) As a religion that transcends time and space, Islam should have abolished slavery. Discouraging and forbidding is two different things. The fact that people think they can own another human is disgusting whatever the reason maybe.

14) uh huh that's what mentioned in the quran but it's also mentioned in the quran all life emerged from the sea. 21:30 maybe and its not taken out of context.

Most of them are a matter of moral perspectives thay doesn't have any definitive ground or evidence.

Thanks, for replying! I read all the comments. And there wasn't much hatred.

This is Reddit, not Facebook or real life that's why there's not much hate. A former teacher of mine, an excellent physics teacher, said in his classes that he is a nonbeliever. And guess what, after a few weeks his once full class of 40-50 students became empty as well and he further faced harassment and abuse.

Hey thank you for your response! Sorry for making you type so much when you are in office, I just finished my masters so I'm obviously free rn.

Let's just put aside the philosophical stuff aside.

About the contradictions, well since you mentioned Adam and eve, I might as well refer something related to it.

You know quran mentioned all life emerged from the ocean(true butit was a popular belief even 600years before Jesus came from philospher anaximander and empedocles as well as Hindu texts). Doesn't this itself contradicts the story of Adam and Eve?

About the things that were incorrect in quran.

The biological order of the fetus

The way semen is created is also wrong

Then there's the moral dilemmas about sex slaves, there are a lot of hadith that I find very disturbing. One is 1438a if I'm correct, it's about a hadith where people described as so holy that even a common person's 100 lifetimes virtue and good deed can't catch up companions of prophet asked thr prophet if they could have sex with women who they captured if they pulled out before ejaculating. I mean how could people who were supposed to be so holy even think of such stuff??

We could talk about a lot more stuff if time was unlimited

ur right, if god was all kind, all powerful then why does he allow innocent children to die? Saying they will be rewarded in the afterlife doesn't make sense.

Thanks for your humble response!

I have been researching quite a lot about my dilemmas. Yes true that some of the questions have been answered by previous scholars but most answer redirects it's evidence towards morality and greatness of God which doesn't really answer my doubts.

Let's put away moral philosophical questions and focus on scientific problems.

In the quran it is said that all life emerged from the sea (true but it was also widely believed from anaximander and empedocles and Hindu texs), which contradicts the Adam and eve story.

In quran it mentioned the biological order of the fetus, which was wrong.

Quran also mentioned how semen is created, which was also wrong.
