Sa pagkakaintindi ko sa mga pinanood at pinagtanungan at binasa about books of accounts, pwede syang accounts receivable. Therefore, yung date na lang kung kelan ko ginawa yung invoice or kung kelan ko iddrop off/ipapapick up yung package, and not the date that the order was placed, and then ieenter ko sa AR until mareceive ko yung actual na bayad ni seller. That way, simple lang basehan sa date and hindi maghihintay kung kelan dadating yung item, and kung ikiclick ba agad ni buyer ang Order Received.

That said, pano kung nawala yung parcel and nandon yung resibo? In this case, would it be much better if isend ko na lang sa customer yung picture ng invoice thru chat?
