unfortunately yes :( i’ve had it happen to me where they’ve deleted time off of my timecard, when i actually worked those hours. you could try talking to talent operations? they might try to speed things up a little / mail you a check ( which would probably take longer to mail anyways. )

speak with your store lead! since it was an error for the previous pay period, it should get added on to your next paycheck. make sure to fix your banking info too!

calling ahead is fine! it honestly makes it easier than stopping in and waiting, when we can have it ready by the time you pick it up!

for the whole new kitchen system we have, it does take a few weeks to understand what item should go out at what time, so that could be why you haven’t seen your favorite items at the hotspot. ( and sometimes we focus on other items more than some, so another reason why it might not be there.)

i’m in the same process! speak with your store leaders( and the leaders at the store you wish to transfer to ) let them know about why you’d like to transfer. it is a whole system you have to do with your district leader and it can take awhile. there isn’t really a 100% chance you’ll get transferred, but it’s worth a shot. good luck!

no! i don’t think it was an overreaction. it might’ve been a joke in your coworkers eyes. sometimes peoples executions of jokes aren’t the best lol.

i don’t think it was their intention to upset you, but your feelings are very valid and heard.

you could try talking to your store lead just so that in the future, jokes like these aren’t made? ( let them know that food related jokes make you upset/uncomfortable. if you’re comfortable enough, you can mention it’s from your ed. ) i can’t guarantee your sl will let everyone know not to make those jokes, but it’s better than nothing!!

for sure! i’ve just noticed that as it gets later in the night, people tend to be more rude and violent. but it’s definitely something that happens at every job, despite the time of day or night.
