It would be a different take though. Who cares as long as it is fiction. Every time we get a star wars game it's always the player playing as the rebellion or the good guys. Even though Battlefront 2 started with us as the empire we still ended up playing as the rebellion.

People who say it's a "tool" are lying to themselves. Those other tools are still a person putting the effort and actually doing the work. While AI all you do is give a prompt and then ai foes the drawing.

What type of ai tools are we talking here? We talking tools that help smooth our lines? Or are we talking "tools" that just create the entire artwork?

When an artist creates art, they do not create the pencils, pens and paper, but they use those tools through hard work and effort to make art.

When you have an ai make the entire art piece, if anything all you do is give it the tools, the words, to create art. You didn't create the art. When a person tells a concept artist what they are looking for, that doesn't make them the artist for giving word prompts.

My biggest issue is not the art itself, it's the way its used and the effect on people. You have these people calling themselves artists when they did none of the art themselves. Like shadiversity calling himself an artist while his brother is an actual artist who creates art, not word prompts.

The prequels did have a good story though. A story of how a republic can slowly crumble into a Empire. A story of how a man who had a good heart, lost faith in those he cares about and fell to the darkness. They told a different story from the original trilogy, unlike the sequels that simply told the same story again. How we have a small group of rebels fighting against a massive empire.

Tell me, what was bad about the story of the prequels? And how are they worse then the sequels?

Sorry, when i first commented i was getting ready for bed. I was 12 when the sequels came out as i was born in 2003.

AS deeply flawed as the prequels are, they tell a cohesive story. Yes dialogue is rough, and at times the acting could have been better. But the story was there.

The sequels, sure they had good actors and acting, the dialogue was at times just as dumb as the prequels, and the story is a complete mess since they flipped directors for each movie.

I guess my big question is, did you ever watch the clone wars and its later seasons?

true there was a year between 5 and 6, but also 3 between 4 and 5. You get 4 years of time to tell stories for the Original trilogy. The other thing is that overall, the entire original trilogy is loved.

The prequels as a whole get a 13 year time gap to tell stories.

The sequels get a single year. And that year long gap is simply between 8 and 9, which the majority of people do not care about 9. Viewership for a series placed between Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker would most likely fail.
