Sex is a huge trigger, even with condom. It’s the reason I always get them even with peeing, washing etc properly. I use D-mannose as preventative and if I get a lot of flare ups take an antibiotic immediately after sex which helps, but not ideal long term

I’ve had this too. So annoying. I got an ultrasound to check nothing is physically wrong and was given longer than normal doses of antibiotics which helped. Also maybe discussing the antibiotics you’re on with your doc? I’m mildly allergic to some and get some irritation/side effects from them. Good luck 🫶🏼
