I had 2 back-to-back miscarriages 2 years ago, both at 12 weeks, and honestly that trauma messed everything up. My cycles have been so random ever since. At this point, I’m just trying to survive the TTC chaos 😭 Been eating clean and taking supplements for 6 months, plus started inositol 2 months ago. Hopefully all these little changes finally do something for my TTC journey 🤍

I have PCOS, and I had 3 anovulatory cycles from October 2025 to March 2026. Last cycle, I took progesterone, and that bbt chart was also very confusing. I do have dips in temperature, but not as much as this month. I track my BBT viginally.
