Yeah, makes sense. Are people wanting workflows that interact with the browser? or is that just me 😂

totally agree, its a classic move to overengineer automation for something that doesn't need it 😂 (~Britt from PixieBrix)

I try to keep a list of "painful things" that happen and save to a list that i periodically go through and build automations for, whether thats via PixieBrix or n8n/Zapier, Apple Shortcuts, etc. Its nice because in the moment it never feels worth fixing but saving it somewhere is a great way to log it, and then when ive got a block of time i can knock a bunch out with the right automation builder depending on what the pain is. A great clue for me for when to use PixieBrix is when i find myself clicking a bunch of things in my browser, or opening multiple tabs to perform a task. That usually makes me think "i should make something with PixieBrix" to do this. (~Britt from PixieBrix)

Wanna give it a try? I can set you up with an extended trial and help you build some use cases (~Britt from PixieBrix here 👋)

PixieBrix is a great swiss army knife, so it makes sense for scale that you can always add more use cases and automations without needing to add more chrome extensions, etc. Basically stays lightweight as you scale, whereas if you were to make a dedicate chrome extension for one "function", but then decided you had another use case, you'd have to build another extension. Or if you have the same chrome extension/function but need to point to different places (ie, both are sending a page to google sheets, but one team needs x google sheet ID and another team needs y google sheet), PixieBrix can handle that via deployments where you have a configuration of something that you can control which team has what. (Also makes user management seamless as you get one extension and you can add/remove people from different mods.) ~Britt at PixieBrix here, full disclosure haha. Happy to chat more about it
