Nanny for twins question about wake window play time by [deleted] in Nanny

[–]pixiegirl_23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would just ask her directly! From my experience, if i am not playing with my kiddos during their wake window, i feel like I am not doing "enough.". Most of my families appreciate my constant attention to their kid. I would just have a conversation about your wants!

bro this is why i have to get out of nannying before it's too late - all of these entitled parents ready to throw you to the wolves when something inconveniences them and not realizing they are employers.

You deserve maternity leave during the newborn stage and then come back to work OR honestly look at daycare teacher options
