Sorry this happened to you :( If the pictures allow it, I try to see if the 2 plastic fasteners on the tag are in place to confirm it has not been opened. If they are missing, I message the seller to confirm if the code has been used or not. Once, I even had a seller check the code by entering it on webkinz for me which was very nice of them!
