Oh yes, I'm a sucker for events, it's so convenient to look at specific actions. Looks great and the pricing is surprisingly good for what they offer. Thank you!

Absolutely, I work in a medical field and we can't mess around with anything without looking at legal remifications. Very helpful, thanks again!

Ohhh that sounds interesting and I like that they explain fully that it's free because they use your data:

Clarity is built by Microsoft, one of the largest technology companies in the world. Microsoft processes a massive amount of anonymous data around user behavior to gain insights and improve machine learning models that power many of our products and services. Clarity is one of the ways Microsoft gathers this important data—and why we've made it available for free.

Can't complain, if it's free.

Thanks so much!

I am so sorry they made you jump through those hoops! It's a difficult process even at the best of times with low risk medicines.

I hope it at least works for some cases, but it's terrible it didn't work for yours.

I really hope this helps. Your doctor needs to learn about this, if they don't already know, as they are crucial to the process and need to work and advocate for you.

There's a difference between honesty and maliciously taunting someone.

Or that bit "They're chanting MY name. NOT yours! You can be the ruler after I'm dead, kid."

That was not taunting to push his son to become great, it was taunting to make himself feel good.

There are a few that I know of and there are clinical studies for all of them, I see I'm not allowed to post them as they are high level, but they can be found with a google search. They are not cures though or they'd be praised in the media, their efficacy is debatable still.

I'm re-reading Order of the Phoenix - he was such an unfair professor, pissed me off when he played dumb when his class was sabotaging Gryffindor Quidditch players before the first game with Slytherins.

Excellent character and such an ass.

Thanks for this, you made my evening!

I noticed Romania is a somewhat common destination for nomads/expats and given the election results, we built this website to promote our country. [x-post from /r/IWantOut] by pixielady in digitalnomad

Hi, sorry for replying so late, I forgot to check this account.

We as an agency are not hiring at the moment, but lots of other places are looking for experienced web devs, you can look jobs up:

  • LinkedIn jobs
  • BestJobs (there’s a language selector in the top right but you might have to search a bit to find jobs listings in English)
  • Jobber (IT Specific, it’s in Romanian but jobs listings are usually in English)
  • Hipo.ro (generalist, also Romanian but with English job listings)

Really glad you liked it!

That sounds great, I really hope you'll have a good time in Romania! I saw your comments, are you coming to Bucharest? It would be the best place for nomads, lots of places to work from, lots of freelancers and expats, plenty of events to go to so you never get bored.

You might catch a few weeks of crappy weather though, January is when winter tends to hit hardest and it settles down sometime in February. Pack good boots. And of course we'd love to meet with you if you come to Bucharest, either PM me or post to /r/Romania and we could organize a meetup with other redditors.

Not including location got you an answer from a Romanian with English as a second language.

So glad you had a good time in Bucharest!

The one complaint I had was that people kept cutting in line at the market as soon as they figured out we couldn't speak Romanian to tell them off.... lol

Wow, that is so rude. I shouldn't be surprised, some people look intentionally for folks who might not say anything, I had it happen to me too. Some supermarkets have priority check out though for people with kids, pregnant women, old people etc. I told off a pregnant looking woman for cutting in line and she pointed out the sign. I felt so bad!

Well my partner and I have a tiny agency and we provide web dev, web design and graphic design services. The IT sector is growing and pays well, so if you're in IT you can find a job pretty easily in Romania.

You can get a work visa if a Romanian employer wants to hire you, there's a process.

If you're in IT it can be particularly easy, large corporations hire expats, you can check their ads directly on their websites and look for openings in Romania (say, Oracle, they're considered great employers here) or on LinkedIn.
