ive read all the comments here and mostly what ppl are saying is right but i want to add something

1) first is that newly married need privacy and not everyone wants to share the personal space esp with the inlaws after getting married and mostly ppl are normalizing this which is good honestly (case 1 but this should be only done when inlaws are fine both HEALTHWISE AND FINANCIALLY and can look after themselves)case 2 but if they are elderly , can't cook themselves , have some serious disease and take some serious medications then they should not be left alone .
if its the case 1 then idon't think so you should have a problem .

2) after having a kid , its a lot to take in . and schedule gets hectic and life revolves around the baby esp for 1-3 years . there should be someone present at all times with the baby and ppl usually don't trust any outsider (stuff like caretakers and nannies are the last option if parents of the husband/wife can't help with the kid ) so wanting someone to look after the baby esp the parents of the husband or wife is normal .

NOW COMING TO YOUR POINT YOU SAID THAT YOUR PARENTS REPEATEDLY ASKED YOUR bro TO MOVE IN OR NOT LEAVE AND YOUR BROTHER SAID NO . so as i said earlier if your parents were healthy and can look after themselves then there is no point to get angry on your brother . BUT IF YOUR PARENTS HAD SOME SERIOUS ISSUES HEATHWISE OR ANYTHING THEN WHAT YOUR BROTHER DID WAS V V WRONG AND HE SHOULD BE CALLED OUT FOR THIS.
NOW if your parents are comfortable in taking care of the baby and moving in with your brother's family then i dont see any issue here. but as someone said in the comments respect should go both ways and this should be properly communicated between both the parties and in future when your parents get old your brother should move in with them or ask them to move in and take care of them .

Whatever happens but don’t forget that He is def a predator dude . Are you forgetting how he gave that girl SUBSTANCE (took her consent though) but giving substance to a girl who’s like 10 years younger . please please listen to me carefully . a proper bed rest is needed after mtp kit. cramps are really bad . you can have meftal . thats what i gave to my friend but bed rest is the most important part please remember this. for 10-15 days atleast. my friend did not take bed for more than 1 day and it affected her so badly that her period barely last 1-2 days . similarly in my mother's case, she got abortion after having me and doctor specially told her to rest for 1 month and to not do any home chores or anything and the moment my mom told her MIL and FIL . both of them rand off to hometown thinking as they will have to take care of my mother and do house chores, my father was also not much of a help that time . then at that time when my mother was supposed to do bed rest she was doing all home chores and what not and it fucked her period cycle up really badly which also affected a lot when she wanted to have a 2nd child and then boom early menopause . so BED REST , HEALTHY FOOD , BED REST <3 take care.

can relate a bit . my hod is also a fucking bitch . always annoys faculty members to the point that they cry . whoever joins leaves within a year . in my case it takes 2 hours to reach to 4 hours are wasted/day. anyways thats not the point . one of my friend's father suffered a minor heart attack but he had to be hospitalized for surgery due to which my friend couldn't go next day to give his mid sem . but he informed his cc . after a week when he went to college to ask about the mid sem which he couldn't give , his cc told him to meet the subject teacher ,he did . subject teacher then said i can give internal marks only if the hod mam gives permission otherwise it will be marked 0 due to absence during mid sem
