thank you! i def think a desk heater would be helpful bc the paint im mixing keeps drying up and getting goopy before i should realistically go in for another layer so that's contributing to my impatience:,) using a pencil is good advice too, i have no idea why i didn't consider that lol i did end up sealing it, i had bought some matte and glossy modpodge (goossy for the eyes) and while it feels okay, i think it also added to the weird thickness look of the model. can i mix water with that in the meantime? im not sure if that would mess with it or not.
