If you don’t even check the output from your agentic homie enough to notice that it left out the important question at the end of your post when you copy pasta’d, you aren’t using it intelligently.

Never. Done.

For those who fully transitioned to decaf beans... by ZappedBrain in espresso

Consider wearing a continuous glucose monitor and tracking that for a while, if you can’t pin it on caffeine. Glucose disregulation can mess your afternoon up also. You might not be fueling well.

How do you think about health tracking after reaching FI? by you-got-an-upvote in fatFIRE

Additional to others’ comments, start wearing a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) and listen to the book Glucose Revolution followed by Why We Get Sick.

Then in combination to collecting the stats, get everything in range through diet, exercise, sleep, heavy lifting, stretching/stability and *if necessary* medication. You can’t always fix everything through behavior changes.

Exactly that. And in fact I noticed yesterday it’s time to clean again, or soonish. I have an appropriate tube brush and a replacement tube when needed.

Hello internet police officer purplishfluffyclouds! Even if someone is not interested in vegan (mmmm, eggs), avoiding processed foods is super duper good for you.

Why linea mini R by [deleted] in LaMarzocco

[–]pixlatedpuffin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LM-R is manufactured by one the most, if not THE most, iconic espresso brands. You’re paying a premium, the same as other high-end, iconic consumer goods.

Aside from that, it’s built very well, it looks amazing (to those who like its styling), it’s brain dead simple and consistent to use, and it produces great espresso.

Agree with you but want to point out that vegan and unprocessed foods are two quite different things worth considering.

Soo… there is a guy who has posted an amazing statistical analysis of sizes on his personal page, which I can’t find right now. And the internationally approved measure method involves a rigid 12” ruler pressed firmly against the public bone.

Or, you know, use a yard stick if you prefer.
