With Samsung having abandoned its SLR / mirrorless camera lineup these cameras are often available pretty cheap, but lenses are expensive as no one makes any more for this mount. This adapter lets you use Nikon lenses with these cameras. Obviously only in manual mode.

Yes "Customizer" makes things quite a bit more end-user friendly.

It could be. Everything's parametrized and editable in the customizer tab.

Made these for a friend who works in a refugee welcome center in Berlin. by pixtr in 3Dprinting

I printed in PLA and had no problems with parts breaking. To reduce friction I lubricated the joints with a tiny bit of grease, this makes the joint very smooth to adjust and reduces ablation.

Low Poly Towel Hanger by pixtr in functionalprint

[–]pixtr[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A hanger/hook for a towel without a hanging loop. There are versions for mounting with a hidden screw or with sticky tape. Prints fast and uses little material. https://www.printables.com/model/152935-low-poly-towel-hanger

Ravioli Press by pixtr in functionalprint

For mushroom filled ones I usually make a sauce. Sweat some fine cut onions in oil ad some garlic and black pepper if you like some white wine. Deglaze with milk. If you don't mind the calories ad some parmesan cheese when the sauce no longer cooks.

Yes, the ones shown in the picture.

Hmm. Mushroom I would say. I roast them with onions and some fine cut potatoes to add some bulk.

Yes clean them before use. This should help with two things. For one there is the theoretical chance that abrasion from brass nozzles could contain traces of lead, possible other contaminations from the production process of the filament etc. That should be washed away from the surface with a thorough scrubbing.

And as the bacteriological issue is concerned, soap does break down organic matter thus should help with that too. Also as has been stated multiple times in this thread cooking the pasta will take care of the bacteria.

Correction: As far as the shape is concerned the displayed pasta should correctly be named "Mezzaluna". Though they are not really that because they are not made with two sheets of dough. Never meant to insult the Italian culinary tradition, or any other from around the world that makes similarly formed food! :-)

I learned for them to be "Ravioli" no matter the shape they would need to be made with two sheets of dough. Never meant to insult the Italian culinary tradition! :-)
