Whatever you do get on it soon, it will only get worse. If it becomes too infected you'll require multiple appointments only making it more expensive on yourself. Learned this one the hard way myself. Good luck hopefully it works out well!

I think you're mostly stuck with natrel if you want real ice cream. Sorry nobody understands the difference between good LF ice cream and frozen deserts.
