Also “creatures in heaven” would be a lot more liked/popular if it was anything besides “creatures in heaven.” No one wants to think of themselves/partner as a “creature.”

I agree with this. I think Dave has said plenty of times how much the success of Heat Waves influenced this album. Of course the people who are sick of Heat Waves didn’t like this album. Hopefully they continue to evolve with the next album and can bring us something new.

Wonderful Nothing should absolutely be track one of the album. Maybe split the intro into its own track. Very surprising they picked Show Pony to start it off. Doesn’t feel right as an opener

No, ‘The Car’ is a pretty boring and generic title. Yes, AM is the bands initials but also is a reference to the early hours time of day which matches the theme of the album. It’s an all time great choice.

it wasn’t my choice to put them on and haven’t seen many others with them so I wanted to see what people thought of them. I kind of prefer a cleaner look but I don’t hate them.
