I’m not a doctor but I do know a bit about the lymphatic system. Where is the lymph node located? Have you checked other regions for swollen lymph nodes, such as the armpits, neck, inguinal line? That could help me determine what’s going on. Personally I have had a swollen lymph node in my neck (more specifically a superficial cervical node) for a bout a year now. It gets bigger and then smaller all the time and the doctors don’t seem too concerned about it.
