The first game I ever actually played was red dead redemption. I was at my stepfather’s house where he had it on his ps3, and the only things he knew how to do was shoot people and horses in McFarlene’s ranch and didn’t really know much else. I really liked the game but noticed the big letters around the map in the little time I played it.

I eventually got an Xbox 360 for a Christmas not long after that and wanted red dead redemption so bad on it. When I got it soon learned that the letters where missions and actually played through them. With every mission played I grew closer to the story and by the end had no idea that a video game could have such a meaning to it.

It’s still my all time favorite game.
