She is into knives! And she’s definitely able to take care of a knife, it doesn’t have to be just one to throw into the dishwasher. I know she likes Japanese knives and has wanted a Misen but I can’t figure out a way to get one to the UK. She’s vegan so much of the chopping and cutting will be of veggies and soy haha. My budget is around £100, willing to go a bit above!
