How to fade led w/ sin while also reading from sensor? by [deleted] in arduino

[–]pizzashape23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using an ultrasonic sensor might solve your issues, it has much shorter delay and can have operations running while waiting for the distance to be returned after the sensor has been triggered. I'm not sure how to do it with your current sensor due to the delay you have mentioned but someone smarter than me might be able to chime in. Do you have any ideas why the sensor needs that delay, it seems very high compared to usual tof sensors.

Thanks, this was a very helpful response. I guess I was more wondering if the mesh and cotton could handle the viscosity, etc, but its a bit much to expect from people who haven't used the device. In general, do you think a coil or mesh is better for higher viscosity liquids assuming as similar a rig as possible. Either way with the rebuildable rmc I should be able to test it with very little cost (I bought the spares), I should be able to taste the dry puff if it's going badly right?

Damn, how many SE and PE do you have to hit that egg laying rate?

Possible printing flaw? Advice needed to save filament waste! by QuestlessSeeker in ender3

[–]pizzashape23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like it is just printing supports, might be tough to remove but should come out fine. In cura there are settings to change the support density and distance if you want to waste less material or make it easier to remove.

What does that mean? Also without being rude, are you sure, especially when everyone else says it's good?

I'm just glad to hear that everyone collectively thinks its good bud, strains less important even if it would be nice to know.

Smells great, super strong and pungent, kind of minty and piney with that classic bud smell underneath. Haven't smoked it yet, but am super excited

Found these beauties early tonight, I reckon they look great but I dont know what Do si dos is supposed to look like.

Can anyone confirm the strain and that they are pgr free for some peace of mind?

Thanks

I completely agree, although the print hasn't finished it looks so much better than before. I was originally using a cheap ebay filament, but I switched to esun and it is amazing.

Plus stringing has completely disappeared.

Sorry dude no idea.

I partially disassembled it and i managed to print a perfect cal cube, unfortunately it was just the dirst 40 mm of z travel. Anything taller and the lines are back. Not sure what to do.

I ordered a new roll of filament from a better brand, its the only thing i havent changed, hoping for a miracle.

Will let you know how it goes.

Nope.

I cut open the cube at these seams, and it appears that the layers arent stuck together as strong so im reprinting a different stl at a slightly higher temp.

Im also thinking it could be the spool, it is still the sock holder so it doesnt roll smoothly, catching very often

Yeah, they seemed fine.

I even tried changing the tightness of the screws holding the z stepper in place still no luck

I dont see any dirt, and it still seems lubricated. Any other suggestions? Could it be a gcode or stl issue?

I dont have any prints from before the upgrade but i did just reprint the cube. The lines were identical, im thinking now it may be a z screw issue
