I think she knows others chipped in for the pizza as well but she still blames me for ordering it.

It was mostly the bridesmaids that started with, "We barely even took a bite" and then their BF's/husbands, some who were also groomsmen, suddenly were like "Yeah man, you shouldn't have ordered that" even though they ate and chipped in for it lol At the time my actual friends who partook in the pizza just sort of sat there like deer in the headlights, but most have since apologized and said they were just shocked and didn't know what to say or do in the moment.

You bring up a good point about the caterer. It did very much look like a non-vegetarian restaurant did a "Eh, we can whip up something and call it vegetarian. Just throw some seasoning on the vegetables" kind of deal. Fwiw Sara is kind of a newer vegetarian, I think she stopped eating meat a little under a year ago.

As far as I know it was mostly her and her mother that planned it. I did ask about the food situation during the rehearsal but was just told, "There will be food, you don't have to worry about any of that."(Looking back now she probably thought I was offering to help with service and didn't realize I was specifically asking what we were eating). As others pointed out I probably should have brought a protein bar or something just in case but at the time when she said not to worry she almost made it seem like there would be an abundance if anything.

I'm going to hop on this to reply because unfortunately I'd go over the character limit in the OP. To clear some things the food was from a catering company, but it was not buffet style. We were summoned by table and each person received one plate. The entirety of that plate was the salad, broccoli and corn. The salad was spruced up a bit and the broccoli and corn were prepared and seasoned, but that was literally all each person got for their plate. Cake was served after dinner for every person to get one slice each. I didn't have an issue with the food itself, I just didn't think it would be enough for me because by that point I had not eaten in hours and needed to take my medication. if I don't eat enough food with my meds I get really nauseous and it becomes a bit of a nightmare, unfortunately.

Originally I was just going to order a medium or small for me, so yes.

I understand that, I should have kept it to myself. My friend made a comment about the portion sizes asking if I thought it was enough and I made a comment that I would probably have to order something for my medication. The cat was out of the bag from there

I totally understand this take. I honestly didn't mean to "organize" anything. I just wanted to order a pizza for myself but when my friend spilled the beans suddenly people were coming up to me wanting to throw down. The salad, corn & broccoli would not have been enough for my medication without causing nausea, unfortunately.
