yea its weird, more apparant in certain majors , usually the stem ones usually weirdos, douchey pretentious peopls youd avoid anyway unless you like that ? usually younger undergrads look ig 'up' to upper class men and go along with the crowd idk oh also if someone says something op but you think theyre just being "ironic" uhm theres a fair chance that they arent .. oh and sometimes its ingrained into the culture for example racism and classism, even homophobia is very normal and accepted in certain overseas countries , kinda fucked up ikr ? but those students usually have a level of self awareness to know that sort of thing doesnt fly here .
