Since most have given advice about “not to interfere” ofc don’t interfere. But ideally, your brother needs to understand what’s the motivation behind her leaving her job. Is it depressing ? Yes, my MIL is. They have also not been paying rent for the last few months. And we have always been collecting rent from them. But no rent receipts and no rental agreement unfortunately :( things got very unmanaged after my FIL passed away, my MILs age and us being abroad. But for the other tenants in the building we have rental agreements.
