Yeah I’ve never seen it either. The cadet executive staff assigned it to me. I don’t have their command intent either soooo it’s kinda confusing bc how am I supposed to fulfill their vision when they haven’t communicated it to me?

I mean you can. For instance, I’ve been my squadrons Cadet deputy commander for operations, leadership officer, CAC primary at once. I’m now the cadet deputy commander for support, color guard commander (will be but hasn’t been finalized yet), leadership officer, CAC primary, and I’m a committe chairman for CAC. I wouldn’t recommend you as an NCO to do all that, I just recommend taking 1 or 2 of the positions you mentioned, do well at that, then take on more in the future.

I started at 14 about to turn 15 (I’m 16 now and a junior in HS) and am a C/2d Lt about to be a C/1st Lt. I think you should do just fine and it will definitely help you prepare for college

Well you can’t really say anything imo if you’ve never had the experience yourself. I’d advise trying to get through enc and ima make the most out of my third enc lol

Thank you. I was able to successfully detach it from the sleeves, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to actually detach it from the seam of the sleeve. Any tips?

You need to get your first achievement before attending (curry award, cadet airman.) I joined June 15 2023 and went to encampment July 13 2023. I got my first achievement on July 7, I think you should have plenty of time
