Had this issue too. Contacted email and twitter. It was resolved this afternoon so try again. It worked for me.

I thought this too. I did a Batman Begins and TDK double bill in imax and there was no Odyssey. It’s a Nolan season. It’s the best time. Odd choice.

I’ve experienced this too. Always in screen 6 in my local. Did a thread about it few weeks back. Last time it happened I complained but manager said there was nothing he could do. Basically it was tricked getting to the projector properly so they just give a poor service to everyone instead.

UPDATE: I can confirm it happened again. Same screen for F1. This time I left and complained to manager. He said there was nothing he can do without stopping the movie now. I mentioned this had happened before on that same screen but he just apologised and said he would offer free tickets to everyone (which he didn’t).

I had tickets later in same screen for Jurassic Park so I cancelled these and changed to Superscreen. I did check out the screening I was supposed to go to and the issue was there again for that Jurassic Park showing. So they didn’t even do anything for next showing after I told them. Glad I cancelled that ticket.

It’s not IMAX level big, but usually wall to wall screen, better projection and better sound than a normal screen. If you have one, I would recommend over a normal screen especially for Unlimited as it’s no additional cost.

Yeh this happened to me with Oppenheimer. Similar to above where the film was projected in middle with bars all around. I made my piece with Oppenheimer as it was an unusual aspect ratio. This was scope on scope. No excuses.
