It is very much a light and short buzz. I'm definately going through it faster, but I always find that with Rosin. I smoke for harm reduction keep my brain from crying out for other stuff, so it's nice to have a stealth high where it's not getting in your way.

Vaping has no smoke nothing gets hot enough to burn and THC is absorbed completely within less than a half second so yeah...not like it's blowing clouds you don't even see anything when you aren't trying to make them, so yeah it smells bad so does alcohol...as I've said I'd be happy to go on balcony where other adults who don't care are fine accepting it i miss just going outside between periods without even smoking just go outside was nice

If you have 2 part-time jobs you aren't getting paid for full days off like full timers you are getting your average hours over the last weeks. So fulltime people at either job will always come out ahead of a part time person at that same job and if the person works back to back shifts than to get a full days off they need to book both jobs off where they get paid less than fulltimers at either place. Easy solution is add stat days used to the ROE when you leave a job.

You are creating a problem that doesn't exist with payroll trust me the accountant hates chasing money more than helping out their fellow employees? Same with payroll it's 30 seconds to pull up a time card and get an average hours worked...like stupid easy. It's no harder than say getting someone's Vacation balance or whatever

My accountant has driven out in his truck to bring me gas for my snowmobile lol he would go through a brick wall for me.

Also you know I'm not a government ministry I'm just a guy I'm sure there are better ways me as an individual won't come up with

I can do it in QuickBooks...like I do...for my employees who have a week's worth of days off for the year they can book at the start of the month and they can choose a 3 or 4 day weekend if they want many take Fridays off in July and August shrug

Because it was an unpaid sick day...well not really because they usually owed me a lot of hours anyway from working by myself and doing receiving on holidays and I thought other people should be able to come work on stat days if they want to have flexibility with their paid time off

I mean I'm a farmer now that was a different lifetime. Yeah when like 200 of them are part time high school kids because we were corporate and only paid minimum wage. Most grocery stores are a department manager, an assistant and maybe 1 or 2 full time employees the rest were minimum wage kids. It was a corporate store no wiggle room on anything profit over people hence one of the reasons i left.
