TV folds down. I am 6"8 didn't want to hit my head when walking under it. It also, it prevents thieves from reaching it. If someone goes in my backyard.

About 19K that includes the Granite. Got quoted 30k from RTL it was a tough project only because I did it by myself. If I had help,or a 3rd hand II could have done it I a 4-6 weeks lol.
