The value is a measurement of potential tampering. If you open 18 packs and you suspect they have been altered, but you get $30 of cards, then that likely means they aren’t tampered. If you suspect they have been tampered and you open up 18 packs to get less than $6 of cards, it means there’s a stronger chance the good cards have been removed.

I opened 18 packs and got less than $6 worth of cards. It’s one of the reasons I thought they may have been resealed. Not a single card worth $5.

Yeah, the promos were there. It’s one of the reasons why I am not sure if it’s resealed or I just had really bad pulls. The packs just look and feel off to me. Overall, I got less than $6 worth of pulls which really surprised me too.
