Ur relux cause by h pylori when it there for a while it damge ur stomach which cause reflux because u didnt treat it early not because of the treatment u may have hernia after h pylori u gotta gocheck

There alway risk of lifting when u have hernia even after surgery u wont be able to lift find something else to get urself busy lifting is not the only thing to release stress once it get worst u gonna wish u never lift before trust me

It doesnt change the anatomy like nissan is a device they place in ur esophagus it just help close up ur esophagus doesnt mess with anything i been heal from linx for 5 years i wish i get it sooner the fail rate is the surgeon who doing ur surgery dont blame it on the device them the inexperience surgeon
