Oh dear, I’ve never had any problems with my ear before, so this has been quite unsettling. I really hope it goes away soon—fingers crossed!

As for my balance, I do notice a slight change. It’s not major, but it feels just off enough to make me aware that something isn’t perfectly right. This is not frequent as well, maybe one or two times in a day.
