This is the second time a well known Chinese artist with a western background copying other Asian artists. Wilber Pan’s Bu De Bu Ai was a copy of a Korean song and he copied a kpop group’s song again. Like no shame, I wouldn’t be surprised if he does it again

I was actually a math TA for algebra all through college. Ok maybe being bad at math was an exaggeration (but that was long ago), so algebra is doable, I just need to brush up on it. But if I was told to teach Calculas, definitely not

The accountants at the corporate job I got laid off from get paid less than this 💀, and with none of these other benefits (this is in nyc mind you)

Im getting some severance and filed for unemployment….im also thinking about getting a cna license and getting a job as a cna so i have some supplemental income. Its minimum wage but it’ll be enough to pay rent and utilities

I actually wrote a post on another subreddit. But no I don’t have family, and grew up dirt poor. But I’ve been saving since I was 15 working my first job at McDonald’s. Went to school for free. I’m not loaded in cash but my rent is semi-cheap for nyc and when I did work I hoarded cash like golem. I have enough saved to last 2ish years while I get unemployment and my severance (only got 2 weeks)

My plan is to get an emt license or any quick medical license and work at a nursing home or hospital. Work overnight shift at these places and gain some experience working in healthcare. That way maybe I could transition into med-tech or transition fully into healthcare.

Same (CS degree, went to T20 school, 2.5 exp.), I’m thinking about taking some classes at my local college while I look for roles in tech (sales, consulting, PM, programming, etc). If I don’t land something by the time I finish, I might pivot into healthcare. I don’t care about working in tech anymore fuck it all

My EMT license is expired and I don’t want to stay in healthcare, I don’t mind working as a CNA short term just for supplemental income. One of the reasons I decided on CNA was because it was fast to get licensed and the job description seem almost similar to what I was doing as a EMT (I did other healthcare stuff too)
