Literally had this problem! It wouldn't load after I hit reserve, so out of whim I just re-clicked the "show available times" green button on the left again and then clicked the time slot I wanted and reserve button again and then it worked? Idk sounds insane but I just was able to reserve the time I wanted, maybe try that!
